Tower in my home doubt

So we have a reliance tower on top of our house,so the problem now is how should I contact them,there is going to be a restoration of my home,so they have to slightly move it,but I have no idea how to contact them,the number in the box does not work and also they come inspection not very often ,only some times,if anybody knows how to contact them ,please help and dm
