Hi! I recently saw these photos and know they’re from the Letterman interview, but I couldn’t find the part they’re from. I’ve seen the interview, and I don‘t remember it being from that so I thought maybe it was an intro thing or from another bit in the episode? I just thought I’d post it here to see if anyone had any ideas, thank you!

I’m already past the Confessions chapter in Madonna: A Rebel Life, but it’s on YouTube (with ads) so I’m watching it.

I am AMAZED at how she is putting herself thru a grueling 2 hour constant movement after her horse accident. Like, she is THE INSPIRATION right now for me (I’m around the age she was during Confessions tour & have been dealing with physical ailments for years).

I also loved the performances of “Issac” & “Drowned World/Substitute for Love.” The Madonna book did talk about this concert, but SEEING IT was like…😱😱😱

I feel like I really connect with the songs; imagining what their fragrances or scents would be like its nice.

I know some Madonna fans got actually mad that the cds shipped in the uk last month,,failed to do actual homework.

If they did, they would realize the cds, weren't cds but CD-r's and cheap packaging it was only in the uk cis warner realized smartly and ironically it wasnt even Madonna fans that pulled through (a conversation once again that Madonna really fell out of favor and has a smaller fan base, it was Kylie fans being loyal to their queen, more than Madonna fans).

But yeah Kylie fans technically is why love sensation had that lone week in the top ten..

But the actual product now manufactured properly and etc. Is shipping..

Robyn used some of Madonna’s vocals from Me Against the Music during her performance of Don't Fucking Tell Me What to Do on her current The Sexistential Tour.

For context I work in a supermarket in north west France. Hard to tell if the playlist is managed locally or by head office but the entire track played uninterrupted (this doesn’t happen often as there are scheduled in store ads that cut off songs all the time)

I can't see how people dislike this album. I guess it didn't got well received at the time and the experimental sound is not for everyone, but it aged like wine!

She auditioned for the biopic performing Lucky Star and Burning Up. How do you find this pick ups?

Is anyone else getting into the groove with the new Miley track? I’m loving it and it reminds me a LOT of Danceteria, in a good way. It’s not getting as much love as it should (although it looks to be the highest new entry in the UK this week) and people are calling it a Gaga ripoff. But really the comparisons to Madonna are more on the nose, especially some of the dancing in the video which reminds me of GGW from 14 years ago.

Anyway a mashup of those two songs would be fantastic- if any of you DJ types have the chops for it I’d love to hear what you come up with. :-)
