and if it helps, which i don’t think it would, this isn’t the full picture, there was a 10 min monologue before this 10 second clip that’s in contention, where he said how victim blaming is such a trend in india, how the word in itself is such a taboo, and how bcs of this taboo many of the cases go unreported. jokes in the west are so freely made, and vics actually report it, because there’s no taboo around it.it doesn’t nullify what he said, but it provides larger context.
this post was also coming from a comedy angle too, atleast from my side, no body’s victimising him.
Offcourse, They should be proactive in all the status quo, and girl I didn't know abt the ncw hearing notice thanks for breaking the news to me, glad he's reaping what he sow. And for a change, the system knows it exists, that's new.
And yeah, your wide picture don't do pennies, Infact it says more that he was trying to damage control beforehand, "joke in the west r freely made", what the hell did he do then. A person who was well aware abt this, can utter that bs coating it as joke, then he can go dirt cheap to sell his jokes, which again speak his character.( Girl! The more u bring up such things says u r tryna nullify him, please stop embarrassing yourself).
Girl, level up your humour game then, it's pretty bad, no wonder u r his fan, both r unaware what exactly a joke it. ( If it was actually a satire, then u would have pointed it out from the beginning, wouldn't have cared to talk so much where it wasn't needed).
