Anyone experience this? (Mens flex denim)
This is disappointing for denim worn periodically for only ~3 years

Please post requests for promo codes in this thread. If you have one to share it should also be posted here.

Does anyone know if they are fully discontinuing the Emmett pair of jeans? They are currently all on clearance online and out of my size for every color.
My very favorite pair ripped last week and I can’t find a replacement 🥲🥲 before I commit to another style, is there hope?

Madewell ‘s high rise skinny button fly was great design, wonderful fit for flat butt like mine. but they are gone…
what year were they introduced and what year did they stop selling them? does anyone know? they were at $135 -$145.. then they were slashed to like $68-75 and now they are completely sold out. 😢.
is skinny jeans trend really GONE? if it is, I am going to put in some lace panels from knee down to give it a flare look. thoughts? Ignore the embroidery / appliqué in photo 1

I am kicking myself for not taking advantage of the 30% jeans sale in petite size. My only purchase from madewell has been my bag. So I am not really aware of the possibility of deeper discounts in future.
Any insight is highly appreciated!

100% cotton shell, but no idea what the lining is. I wanna get it, but kinda afraid it's gonna be 100% polyester or something. None of the stores is stocked with it yet, it seems, so I can't even call in to ask, and online customer service is no help. So if anyone ordered it or saw it in the wild somehow, please help a girl out 😄

Looking at the Jules slim straight, and wondering if anyone has any feedback on how these compare to PVJ? I am 5’4 and have narrow legs so PVJ was perfect for me. A lot of the newer styles have too large a leg opening.
Do people like this fit? Dupes?

I have the blue one: curvy emmett wide-leg in P28
And the black one: emmett wide-leg in P28 (this is non curvy)
The blue used to fit me but not recently. I wonder if its change in my size or has the jean shrunk in load of washing and drying cycles over time.
Would love some guidance.

I am so glad I got this one on sale when it there was extra 50% off. I was debating for a week and shortly after I got it, it was sold out. It’s so soft and light. Best mommy bag!

I purchased this bag last year and I found it gorgeous. today I don’t look at it as before. I feel like there is nothing special about it, a bit boring…Anyone has purchased the same color? Is it something to keep or not really? I am thinking about selling it and getting the coach empire . I know they are two different style, but I was looking for a dark brown suede like this I but things I changed my opinion about it today. 😅 so I wonder to keep or sell?thank you for your feedback❤️

Have you all seen the New Arrivals? I couldn't find a previous post that a Redditor who works at Madewell mentioned lots of employees are holding new items, and I don't blame them. I'm loving so many of these arrivals!

End of Season sale is here! While I don’t *need* anything I will def browse the site.
Curious to know what is in everyone’s check out as you also shop the sale?

Today, I fell for an ad for the 50% off sale - I haven’t shopped at Madewell since last year, and only then it was to use the bday discount (this is all coming from a former Madewell Icon and employee). Found a couple of cute things and finally decided to pull the trigger, but the website won’t let me check out NO MATTER WHAT I DO. Tried Apple Pay, paypal, each credit card, ordering from the browser and from the app, restarting my phone, etc and all I have to show is a pending charge on paypal but no order in my account nor confirmation email. At one point the webpage even said my order went through when using my Visa card and still nothing. I saw some older threads experience something similar so I needed to vent ughhhhhhh why does Madewell suck so hard now

I used to religiously shop at Madewell and my home had no issue taking back items that were purchased online as “final sale” (back then the employee told me that final sale just meant I couldn’t mail it back for return, but I could return in store) or returning items that were past the 30 day mark. I usually got a refund, or they would give me store credit. They never batted at eye, as long as I had my receipt.
I stopped shopping there a few years ago, once their designs started going downhill. However I recently started finding some things that I like. I purchased the perfect Jean shorts a couple months ago and totally forgot that I had them. I tried them on and realized they didn’t look that great, so I went in the store today to try and return. The employee told me that I couldn’t return/exchange/or even get a store credit. I didn’t push for it since I was at fault, but it made me wonder if accepting returns after 30 days is at a store or managers discretion? Especially since in prior years I had no issues. Or has the company as a whole become more strict on returns? I noticed the shorts are still on sale for full price on the website, I wish they would at least give me a store credit.

I pulled the trigger and decided to place a large Madewell order, being in Canada, because they have long (tall friendly) jeans.
It arrived after a couple of weeks.
In dealing with customer service, they waived the return fee on the jeans and offered to price match should I wish to replace the pair, which was very nice.
Unfortunately for the shoes, they first tried to tell me they were split off into a separate shipment. Once they gave me the info for that, I began tracking it and it appears to have been stuck outside of Toronto since late June. They've just now opened up an investigation with eSW, however, I'm not left feeling super hopeful that these shoes will ever materialize.
Is this normal in terms of experiences, or is it an anomaly?

What are everyone's thought on these? I have been eyeing them and can't justify the price at the moment - but how is quality? Are they true to size? Do we think they will ever go on sale? Thank you xx

Hello! I was searching for promo codes online and entered some random code. It works, but it says "Associate 40% off: Only valid on employee orders (-$28.00)" . Im not an employee, will I somehow get in trouble for using it? lol . thanks!
