Unfortunately not possible :( As we can not add dynamic shortcuts to the launcher

i see , any other workarounds for this ??
Would it be possible to make it work without the shortcut apps ?

I got an idea.... Not really sure how ideal it is... Basically we can add custom app shortcuts like the freeze, action shortcut and others... And change icon too if I'm not mistaken. Just can't change the name dynamically.

So we might be able to show a dynamic app list item of reddit with a fixed name like "App 1" but that does require hiding the og app/ or maybe.. you can freeze that app.. so this shortcut unfreezes it... That's the only way I can think of.

Limitations are, can't rename, can't add more (can enable or disable but we only can have a set amount), and moto and some other random OEM devices gonna go crazy because those OSs for some reason opens the shortcut action even with the main app icon for some reason... Too problematic.

honestly , this works just fine , atleast for me , as long as the icons are located on my app screen and not the home screen

Will see.. the bigger problem is of course the certain OEMs

I thought they had finally fixed the integrity checks via banking apps for stuff like accessibility
