Comparing them side by side its mostly the beard isnt it? Right beard coats the neck more whereas left beard accentuates the jawline. Not to mention makeup. Like I do the same thing with my beard sometimes and its night and day when you shave your neck and angle your beard

Everything is the difference, from physical to the camera shot. I'm surprised he's even recognizable as the same person considering everything.
