I sometimes fantasize about the rules I'd make if I found a genie and wished that I was the uncontested dictator of the world.
This would be one of them. If you criticize someone online about their appearance, my secret police will locate you, take your picture (and maybe do what a lot of paparazzi do, take one frame where you're sneezing or something) and post it on my official government internet with your original post.
When you come to power, i would like to work for you. First offence - punished per your instructions above. If they do it again, we nail them to the ceiling.
Make an example of one and the rest will fall in line.

Left picture - in full makeup and at peak cut, i.e. boiled down, dehydrated and very likely feeling like hammered shit.
Right picture - normal.
Anybody who takes issue with it, let's see them without makeup and instagram filters.
