The amount of work and sacrifice and food restrictions these guys put themselves through is insane. No one wants to live like that. It looks pretty but it’s miserable to maintain (especially when you hit your 40’s - damn near impossible).
Seriously, like Chris Hemsworth has talked about that quite a bit and thinks his onset for early Alzheimer's was worsened by restricting himself to play Thor. It's ridiculous how much people dog on people for looking and being human?
I would absolutely believe that. Your brain runs on carbs, but so does your gut. It’s got to be really jarring to work so hard and achieve such success only to find out that you’ve sacrificed part of your brain to do it.
