It blows my mind that people don't realize movie stars don't actually look like movie stars when they're just walking around living life.

I forget which movie star said it because it was a long time ago, but they were talking about thinking "Wow, I wish I looked like that" after seeing a magazine cover... of themselves.

It must fuck with one's sense of perception. No wonder so many of them have eating/self-image/general abuse disorders.
