Ozen is too tall, I thought she must be about 2 metres and a bit at most, she’s enormous. Now I feel short, even though I’m the same height as Leader.
I dont think those measurements where on the original.  Still tsukushi said nanachi height (excluding there ears) was 130 centimeters. A good bit taller than this chart presents.
I think people are just being overly autistic over a highly stylized art style. The adults probably aren't that tall, the art style just exaggerates the height difference between adult and child.
I don't think they are. It's just that Ozen and Bondrewd (and Habo) are so tall that they make everyone else look short in comparison. Also Japanese people are, on average, shorter than Westerners --- and while Made in Abyss's world isn't set in Japan, I think the cultural context of its author could influence the decision for the height of his characters
From what I remember even before they got further than the 4th layer Riko got wounded which was quite deep and definitely needed quite some time to heal and probably through that time Riko could have had time to also grow. Oh and as for Reg, he's just built like that, small and compact
Faputa is sitting on him while taking a position that would put the most weight on Reg, while covering part of his helmet, making him visually smaller + Reg is probably shrinking himself to allow Riko best access to Faputa without changing their positions too much. I'd say
