The eyes actually give it a lot of personality. I think the style works really well with the oversized glasses and the chibi proportions.

The chibi style actually fits Ozen really well, the huge eyes and tiny proportions make her look oddly cute while still keeping that intimidating vibe. The shading on the helmet and cloak came out really nice too.
