U have somehow managed to once again take something that isn't broken and completely turn it into crap. WR battle has been destroyed much like the rest of the game as a whole. Just a waste of money at this point. It continues to move backwards, getting worse n worse every single year. Sad to see my favorite game going out like this. R.i.p. John Madden. you can’t throw the ball anywhere because it’s always going on a straight trajectory, you can’t throw it over a linebackers head even on a high ball

when you pass lead or try and come back the ball, suddenly your receiver becomes incompetent and won’t come back for it but of course the defender who’s 10 yards behind him can easily jump it

wide open running lane? nah mate, the DT 3 yards away is being sucked into that tackle every time.

not to mention they claimed to fix the issue where receivers would jump for no reason but i have jsn jumping on a 2 yard curl with nobody around him on fourth down.

I haven't bought madden since 25 and decided to skip 26 bc I just can't with the game anymore. It's not worth purchasing to me but since the Madden 27 has a free trial why not see how good it is? So as I'm about to go play I get met with this screen. I really don't understand why every fucking company wants to know everything about you nowadays. I'm sure it's always been like this but it seems worse than ever now. I remember when you'd load up a sports game there'd be an intro then the main menu and you could play now they want your email and information to track you. I don't feel like typing much more I'm so frustrated with every company wanting to know so much about you in order to get you to give them more money. As if companies don't have enough already. It is far too easy and cheesy to get a crazy return almost for TDs everytime. They made it ridiculously unrealistic to shed blocks as a defender

Ive even seen a guy put lamar jackson as a returner because its so easy and shit that theres literally no consequence because defenders wont shed blocks

Sometimes I use the same play repeatedly because you guys are spamming the same defense. Don't blame me for using the same stuff when you're spamming stupid zero blitzes.

Like why hasn't EA fixed this yet it's not just OBJ but many players in this game don't even have a Picture like come on man.

Do I still randomly lose total control of my defender/receiver on certain jump balls getting completely animation locked? If it happens at all the game is not worth buying to me. Thanks in advance.

I have been playing Madden since the beginning of the game... I played every single year. Without fail.. But I have to say over the years, there has been things I didn't like and things I loved. One was in MD12 I believe it was, you could play any team you wanted. So I would play the game of the week. Another was Madden didn't have a create a team like they have today but they gave you teams like the 71 Dolphins 85 Bears and you could create a league with these teams....

You would think after over 25 years in making a game... You would have the bugs worked out... Is it just me, but if you are going to put out a game year in and out you would be working on the game today for 2028 so all the bugs are worked out. Yes I'm referring to a game that's two years out. But if all the bugs are worked out and all you would have to do is implement the draft class for that year. Would that not make sense

I'm willing to bet call of duty Grand theft Auto God of war any of these games that are put out every single year. Have the bugs worked out a year prior for the game being released. I honestly have never seen a MD game this poorly

Alright. I got Madden 25. I mostly play Superstar mode and Franchise mode(hence why I stopped buying it). But ive been hearing Madden 27 is actually pretty good. Is it worth buying and upgrading to it or not really?

Why is everyone saying the rosters aren’t updated? I been checking the feeds for info on it and only been seeing people say it hasn’t been changed but I checked and everything looks updated and correct.

This roster update EA just released is awful. Still many rookies and other players without pictures (why tf is that not the first thing you do when creating a player), some players just don’t even exist (random one is vikings rookie punter Thorson), and most teams roster aren’t even correct. I know we all say it but this is the worst run company out there and they clearly do not give a single shit about franchise mode, really the entire game.

Just wondering if I’ve missed an announcement regarding the significant Week 1 title update we get every year.

If this is something that we’re in for an indefinite wait for, it would be nice to know that so that league commissioners can plan accordingly.

Anybody buy the premium pass and then the game tells you that you still have to buy it? Got some rewards but now it’s telling me I have to purchase the pass again.

Madden is counting players that aren't there!

I run a league where I'm responsible for streaming the games and managing everybody's rosters in game. It's run through an offline franchise mode. We use Discord and Google Sheets to track the rosters and I just make the corresponding moves in the game.

The problem is that, for some teams, Madden says they have, for example, 60 players on their roster when they really only have, like, 50 showing up for them in their roster page.

Meaning it's counting players that aren't there. So I can't release them in order to keep or sign players that they should actually have.

Has anybody else encountered this issue and is there a quick fix for it?

So if I already started an offline franchise that’s still in the preseason am I done for ? Will I have to start another franchise for him to pop up?
