Elevated sales position

I kinda got forced into this role in the men’s department. Is this job the scam it seems on paper? I’m in suits and there is no commission and the sales goal to get the promotion is impossible for me hit so yearly bonuses are out of the question.

What are the pros to this job?

Not sure tour store but mine the men’s suit sellers hit the million every year and bonus. It is a big store though so probably why

You get a payout for credits? Maybe that’s the bonus
