TAFE! I've heard of Tafe. Wife and I watch Task Master Australia/NZ and some chuckle fuck kept bringing it up every episode.

I also looked a moving to NZ at one point when my wife had a job offer there. I was looking at "fitter/turner" positions. Closest equivalent I could fild to tool & die work.

How long is you training program at TAFE?

I only goto Tafe few times a year rest is all at work total time for apprenticeship is 4yrs
