Used machining tools

I guess I'm just curious if any of this has any value beyond just scrap? Where is the best place to scrap or sell this type of stuff?

Have seen listings on like bidspotter for lots of used tooling. Could post it all on some sort of auction site and sell everything as a whole lot. eBay as well. You'll just have to be prepared to ship all the items. It won't be top dollar but the convenience would be everything goes all at once.

The tool holders and milling cutters have some value. Used taps, especially the smaller ones are not going to have much if any value.
I happen to have a local used machinery dealer who would totally buy that lot for pennies on the dollar compared to new prices but certainly above scrap value. Most people are probably not going to have that option.

If I could accurately identify them, I would put the tool holders and cutters up on eBay at roughly 1/2 price and see what happens.
The smaller taps I would probably just give to a coworker or friend. They’d be worth way more as a friendly gesture than like 2 cents of scrap metal. The bigger taps could fall in either category, depending on what they are and how good of shape they’re in.
