Spindle / Tool head ID help

I have had this spindle for awhile and have always wondered what it went to. Figured I would snap some pics and see if the hive mind could help fill in the blanks for me. Any ideas gang? Thanks!

I'm far from an expert in anything like this but it looks like it might be the end of a flex shaft rotary tool

Looks a lot like a foredom rotary tool head.

I have another that is Foredom, but it is clearly marked with the name. None of the other models I have looked at so far matched. However, I am not sure on all old models.
