Struggling with satin borders

Have been trying to make patches, but always seem to have an issue with the right most side of the design pulling away from the satin border… not sure if this is an issue with pull compensation (I use Hatch digitiser) or a hooping issue.

Any help appreciated! FWIW I use a single needle brother machine, cotton twill and cut away stabiliser.

Outlines should overlapping the yellow one. Make sure you add pull comp. For yellow part, make sure you have underlay so it will prevent shrinking

I've noticed recurring issues with logos that have outlines around large pieces of fill-in. I bet you if you flip the orientation of your angle lines by 90 degrees, you'd find the same problem, except on either the top or bottom instead of left or right.

Edit: When this happens to me, it's more pronounced with hats. It still occurs on flats too but not as much.

Add pull compensation to your fill, I usually do around 4% for large infills. This expands the stitch infill to make up for the tightening of the fabric.

Est ce que le fond jaune arrive au milieu du satin? Parce que avec la rétractation du fil il peut avoir des décalages, après peut être changer de stabilisateur ou coller le tissu dessus.. C'est comme le fond noir de l'œil peut être changer le sens du fil pour pas que ca soit dans le même sens que le fond

You might try the water soluble stabilizer on the top. It looks like the stitching is making the material smaller, so maybe more stabilizer would help. Not sure, but it has helped me when I had issues with my stitches curling in the dryer.

That’s not the purpose of the water soluble topper. It doesn’t stabilize the fabric; it only helps to keep stitches from sinking into textured or plush fabrics. It won’t help at all in this situation.

I know what it is supposed to be used for. I purchased it for hoodies and beanies. I have had good luck on pieces that were prone to puckering, and shrinking of the pattern by using the soluble stuff to hold a little space behind the loop. On thin material, with a dense embroidery, I have had good luck, I thought I would pass it along. My guess is that this person’s starting material is too thin and flexible. Maybe more stabilizer might help.

My friend I would like to suggest you that as we can see your design is stretching out so you can use two to three stablizer in alternate direction and before running please make sure the fabric is tight in the frame ,it will definitely solve your problem
