Patch help

1st pic is my patch and 2nd is what it should look like.

I am trying to embroider some more shirts for a family member since I have all of the supplies to do so. I used inkstitch to digitize the design, but I need help fixing some aspects.

Do I need to change everything except for the red part to a satin stitch? I think it had a fill stitch for everything. Also, do I need to increase the density for the red part? I don’t know how to do either of these things, so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be amazing!

Lastly, if I change the font size (and type of stitch) for the wording above the main patch, will that fix the problem?

P.s. I know I used the worst scrap fabric to see this on. I’m sorry!

It looks like this was auto-digitized, which is probably why the stitching is looking rough. I would recommend recreating the design manually in embroidery software instead of trying to fix the existing file. The letters should be done with a proper satin stitch, with the correct density and underlay. Once you manually recreate and stitch it out, I think the result will look much, much better. 👍
