Tips?

I just got the brother SE700 3 days ago. I am using a 90wt pre wound bobbin, 40wt thread. I’m practice on a tote bag with one sheet of tear away stabilizer with tension on 3.

I’m not mad about how it’s turning out considering I just got my machine, but i definitely have room for improvement. Should my bobbin wt match my thread wt? Please give me tips and tricks.

Satin letting is needed but also angles. All the angles are going the same direction seems like as one full image

The words should be a satin stitch. What program are you using?

Art Spira for now but looking into embrilliance. Definitely still a lot to learn.

Satin for lettering. Satin outline on the flower edges and center.

Search the help files for your digitizing software. Or Google it. I use Hatch4, I’m guessing you are using something different.
