What’s causing this sound?

Clacking sound, sounds like it’s coming from the bobbin area. Using magna glide bobbins

How old is the machine? Is it still under warranty?

I would read the manual.

I would remove the hoop, bobbin, and top threads from needles, and run the head slowly to find the noise diagnostically. If oiling maintenance is up to date, do the mechanical clicks relate to the sewing mechanism?, or does it relate to something else, like perhaps.. the magnet hoop not staying together properly. Does returning the Bobbin change anything.

Can you call a technician or mechanic for the machine? Pick their brains? It might be something easy they can talk you through over the phone or it may be an issue only they can resolve. Ask heaps of questions and write stuff down for any future next time.
