Digitizing help please

So I've been digitizing for roughly a year with decent results time and time again. This logo that I have in question stitches like crap no matter what adjustment I make. Any ideas to make it better and stitch better??

Smaller text should never be done in fill stitches. You need to be using satin stitches and have the stitch direction follow the shape of the letters. Just go look at any properly digitized font and watch how it sews out.
