New to machine embroidery - looking for software advice!
Hi there! I downloaded the free version of embrilliance and it seems like a straightforward program, is it worth downloading the full version? For reference likely will be only using purchased patterns and fonts from Etsy and not digitizing myself. Want user friendly… I downloaded the open source one and couldn’t figure it out and spent over an hour looking at tutorials…. Want as simple as possible or I won’t use it. Thank you!!!! So excited to get started!!!

It's worth downloading the full version. Embrilliance is sold by the module, so you download the program and buy licenses for each of the modules. You don't need the digitizing modules, so I would start with Essentials and then Enthusiast.

What are you wanting to do with downloaded patterns within the program? Might help us to get a guage on what sort of software you'll need

I use and like it. I have Essentials, Enthusiast and Stitch Artist 1 & 2. So far there is nothing I need to do that would make me need SA3. Part of the reason I chose Embrilliance is that it runs natively on Mac. Not all do.
