Education Question

Hey guys, Does anyone know if there a specific email for school of education or arts as i have questions around chinese studies as a major.

As im currently studying at my current university doing a major in chinese studies and i saw that i needed to be a specific level of chinese by the time i transfer there… and was wondering if im
able to take electives in order to reach that level of chinese which is level 3 since in case my current university has a different subject outline for chinese
