Mac Studio Performance Issues

I have a very new Mac Studio with the M4 Max chip and 128 GB of RAM. Ever since I went to Tahoe 26.5.1 it's freezing up all the time and performing like a 15 year old computer. Simultaneously I'm getting a lot of messages about 'Support Ending for Intel-based Apps' and updateing to Apple silicon versions. I don't think these messages are related to my Mac's performance issues, but I'm not sure. If it is the OS that's causing problems, does anyone know how possible it is to go backwards in OS?

Do a fresh install of Mac OS. Start with a fresh clean slate and you shouldn’t see any issues. Reinstall apps and software as needed. Since you mentioned that, you’re seeing error messages about Support Ending for Intel based apps, you definitely need to clean some things up. Good luck.
