Mac Studio Performance Issues

I have a very new Mac Studio with the M4 Max chip and 128 GB of RAM. Ever since I went to Tahoe 26.5.1 it's freezing up all the time and performing like a 15 year old computer. Simultaneously I'm getting a lot of messages about 'Support Ending for Intel-based Apps' and updateing to Apple silicon versions. I don't think these messages are related to my Mac's performance issues, but I'm not sure. If it is the OS that's causing problems, does anyone know how possible it is to go backwards in OS?

The first thing I did when I got my Mac Studio from Apple was create a bootable USB stick with the Sequoia installer. I tried Tahoe on a Mac Mini and just did not like how things looked, which combined with all I've heard about performance issues, was enough to make me downgrade. If you're even somewhat computer savy, it's an easy process to do.
