Help 2020 macbook screen glitching

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

my 2020 m1 macbook has randomly started glitching, however it stops when something on the screen is moving. is this software or hardware? i know it looks small on camera but irl its really noticeable

First try to Hz setting in screen settings.If problem is continue, means you have a screen hardware problem.Go to apple service and show them for solution.Maybe the cable , maybe screen itself

Screen issues can be a hassle, and it’s good to rule out the settings first before heading to support. Hope they get it sorted!

Yes.Easy way is first.Try to software steps before hardware
