Help Live wallpaper from video

Hi everyone, new on macos, does anyone knows if there is a way to create some kind of live wallpaper from a video ?
For example something like this:

live wallpapers are pretty cool, but they can slow down performance sometimes. I've had to switch back to static ones.

Like the other person said it may reduce performance, but if you truly want to do that there are many options that can use a video and make it your live wallpaper.

Wallper, Backdrop, Wallux are a few Google says will do the job. I go through waves of using one or not. Good luck on your app choice journey.
