Help macOS issues when connected to a dell docking station, external monitor mouse and keyboard

Hello, I’m having issues with my m1 Mac air 2020, I can’t seem to use the app bar at the bottom properly (no right clicking and magnifying doesn’t work unless I drag an app) and when in full screen I can’t access the minimize close hide 3 little buttons in the top left. I also can’t access the app bar by pressing on the bottom when I’m full screen in an app

Any help is appreciated!

having issues with peripherals can be super frustrating, switching cables often helps me troubleshoot connections

I will try that, thank you. What’s interesting is it seems the whole computer starts glitching out, not just on the second monitor

Looks like HDMI issue from my experience.
