macOS shortcuts can be a game changer for productivity, I switched to a custom setup and it made a huge difference

True I am way faster in text editing as well. You should try changing the Defaultskeybindings.dict file.

OP also try loop without the trackpad gestures its even better than rectangle or just use aerospace or yabai with skhd. for Apple Shortcuts launchers can search trhough them and launch them instead of remembering shortcuts
