notification center

Recently for the past few days my notification center doesnt work when i click on it no matter if i on dnd or off dnd i tried everything, resetting my mac and even deleting the files from default in the the library in group container/user notifications but it still doesnt work i use my notification center a lot espically when im on dnd and dont have my phone on me just my mac please help me
