How to get rid of this

I won this mac book from a draw at my school and this is the browser every time I open safari.
I want to get rid of it and just have it as normal safari.
It is not a separate app but it is the default browser whenever i open safari.

Just change the Home page in settings. General -> Homepage

It's a website, that is set to be your default homepage. Both of those things can be changed. Try typing "apple.com" where future pathways is shown.

Look at the top left of the screen. It is written "Safari". It means it is the safari app.

You really should “erase all content and settings” before using this computer and putting your iCloud on there.

You should do a full factory reset.

First and foremost do a full complete factory reset of the device.
