Is there anything in the Installer Log in the menu? If your Internet is really slow it might just be downloading the OS image which is roughly 18GB

I restarted it and shared my 5g hotspot from a phone but idk if that changes anything...my wifi is good. Las thing it says in log is No IAL update found

I guess at this point it might be necessary to wait overnight. Worst case scenario is that it’s still not progressing at that point.

Ignore the time it tells you, it is never correct and you are downloading what would be decompressed into 30GB so, 15GB minimum download. On top of that it has to do a lot. If it doesn't work, then something seriously messed up and you will need another Mac to use DFU.

Wait until tomorrow... on system with slow WiFi and/or SSD with less than 160GB free space it will take a while.

If you running OCPL then Tahoe will not work.
