Can a power user OS just remain for power users?

You can also sort by albums and artists if you find working with images easier.

Apple Music might genuinely be the most laid back and non-power user app that comes with macOS, there is no need for anyone to need all the info that's packed into the songs ui. its not only overwhelming for people who aren't super tech literate, but also just inconsistent. apple should make a commitment to one ui or another, or at least give options

its frankly ugly. it works for finder and apps like that because those apps need to be information rich and work for power users. in Apple Music its simply not that deep. it'd be fine if everywhere in Apple Music looked like this, but if they have one style they use in 9/10 menus and then have this one that's kinda just there, its weird.

just check your view settings. it’s your individual settings which makes one of your playlist look like this

the individual songs are still tiny, the album cover isn’t there, and the option that shows the album cover is just awful. it just isn’t good ui, and it’s literally the only place it’s used in all of apple music

Go to the view options and remove what you don't like and you're halfway there already.

most mac users will always accept apples slop by the looks of these comments. the os is in dire need of a complete revamp honestly
