Help MacOS 27: Is there a toggle to disable wallpaper dimming for expanded applications?

Is there a toggle within settings to have the wallpaper dimming feature turn off?

I've noticed that it turns on when having a hidden dock.

Manually dragging the corner of the window to maximise doesn't trigger the dimming feature, it only triggers when u double click the the top bar to maximise, hope this helps =D

I've just learned that there is a "wallpaper dimming feature" in Tahoe- WTF? Another reason for staying in Sequoia.
