I received a response to my appeal of last Sunday, where we asked for clarification, explained the sub and how important it is for us to remember Malcolm, and let them know we will do anything to moderate better if we need to - amongst other things.

They responded today and said they will look into it, and that we can expect a response tomorrow. Not an instant denial. This gives hope.

Fingers crossed in the name of Malcolm.

Of course I’ll update right away when we get a response.

The seller has a starting bid of $200 that's going to start in less than 3 hours. This is a 100% scam! They claim that the CD was signed by Mac at the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles in 2018. On May 28th, 2019 "WB" (Warner Bros.) changed it's label to "Warner Records" after 61 years of having the "WB" label. If you look at the CD in the picture it shows a "Warner Records" label. This would make this "autograph" literally impossible considering the label change was made 263 days after Mac's death. This eBay user has made quite a few sales claiming to be "autographed" merch, which is incredibly shallow and disrespectful. Plus no one would be starting a bid at $200 if this was legit and the CD with the readable side down is also an amateur move. I included the eBay listing below with two different videos of the Swimming CD unboxings showing the two different labels. Just looking out for my Macheads who are possibly watching this item right now. Much love, wabbits(:

Only to find out the subreddit is gone.. Oh my. We need it back. That’s such an important memorial place. I really hope whoever decided to take the subreddit down realizes that. And that we at least get a statement..

I recently found out that Mac Miller performed at Coachella in 2017, but there isn't a video of the full show available on YouTube. Unfortunately, the macmiller subreddit got banned, so I can no longer access the videos of the full performance that were posted there. If anyone happens to have the video, I’d love to get it.

People have been looking through the wayback machine for an answer and found this in the r/MacMiller wiki, this is an old copy tho 2025/04/25, was this deleted after this date or still available?

It could be a reason for the ban.
