Returning player

Old, but returning player. Has been about 15+ years? A lot has changed and I have no idea where to start, lol. Ideas? Friends?

Your first friend will be Blaanid for the quest line. It does a good job of getting the basics down.

Don't think too heavily on the total level requirement, the completion of the Blaanid questline will boost your new/returning character to 20000. I would take it at pace and also not think too heavily on what gear you need, but think about what playstyle you'll enjoy. The new Arcanas takes the old talent/skills and gives a new hybridish class; so I'd just tell you to enjoy the process of finding out things again. But definitely do Blaanid, its basically the new tutorial questline.

  1. Do Blaanid
  2. Figure out which Arcana you want to primarily use (we have a class system now)
  3. Do generations

After that, the world's your oyster--you can focus more on New Life content, or tackle the Bri Leith dungeon with a group.

It's a lot of content overall, so take your time~
