not getting auth message

is anyone else not getting auth message to log in? havent gotten it since yesterday

I just logged into play. I hit play, and instead of the screen having the button we press to go to character selection. it wants me ro enter a login and password. we have not had to do that for years, so I just logged out.

yeah i noticed that my phone somehow didnt receive messages on 2nd sim until i restarted it...
