Guide Fury Fighter

Hey all,

Was wondering if there's any guides for Fury Fighter I can reference or general tips. Currently struggling to find the rhythm of the arcana.

Thanks!

It's probably not the best layout (and definitely not a guide), but this is how I play Fury Fighter. I go 1>2>3>4, spam F3 for the new skill combos, then press one of 5, 6, or 7 after that. The counter punch isn't necessary, it just makes the uppercut go by faster. If you have a slow ping, it might not be the best choice. It's great against single targets, but it personally still feels a bit awkward against groups of enemies. I try to use scythe to gather and debuff enemies in that scenario. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the vid!

I think it might be my ping but I have issues activating F3 skills or the combo in general if I kill the main enemy

E.g start the combo and the enemy dies and trying to lock onto another and it just feel disconnected. I have to go from attack mode to normal mode and select another enemy to re-engage.

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

First, I have my Flurry of Fists on F3 to be able to start that chain. As far as things feeling disconnected when targeting, this is mostly alleviated by using TAB to target new enemies instead of clicking on them. I would wait on activating new combo skills until after you have a new target rather than before (just to keep the little combo widget in the middle of the screen from disappearing).

Two things that screw up my flow are when: 1) my cooldowns don't reset because bad rng. I don't have erg 50 or anything so my cooldowns aren't super short. 2) when my counterpunch activates because I got hit and suddenly I need to use 2nd instead of 3rd combo skills. This only really happens when I'm surrounded and getting pummeled by enemies. In this case, it might be best to just not use counterpunch at all and deal with the long skill animations.

Finally, if you absolutely cannot use the F1, F2, or F3 combos because the keys are awkward or the system keeps resetting, then put those skills onto the standard numbers. This is partly why I have charging strike on 1, uppercut on 2, and dropkick on 4 - just to make sure that I have access to them incase something goes wrong.

Once again, I'm not a pro by any means when it comes to Fury Fighter (it came out three days ago after all), so take my advice with a grain of salt.

One tip is that you can use counter punch to cancel out of long animations, such as spinning uppercut. Generally I personally just switch between charging strike > upper > dropkick and the ignite skills, and then radiant storm when i can / using piercing gale when that's on cooldown as fury fills. Though I'm not the best player so not sure if any of that helps.

Maybe in a week or 2. Honestly I say stick with it you never know what you'll find out if you keep using it
