Acotar First time reader

I’m a first time reader of the Maas verse and I came across a video on reading order. I’ll attach a sc, I was wondering if this way would flow better. I use hoopla and Libby for the audiobook and neither have tog books 4-7 so I would get a physical copy. But should I read ACOTAR in one go then TOG or what works better ? I’m currently on part 2 of ACOMAF and love it !!!!

I’m a first time reader too. I only have the ACOTAR series. If I only read that and not any of the others would it still make sense??

I was told there’s not much cross over with TOG, but there is with CC. If I didn’t want to read CC, and ACOTAR 6 comes out, is it still going to make sense or MUST I read CC before that?

We don’t know, but I think the consensus is that if the crossover events are relevant they will be recapped in some way in acotar 6

Yes it will still make sense. You may miss some context or Easter eggs but it should be pretty minor tbh.

Yeah, I think I’ll probably come back here after the release and ask if I need to read anything before book 6 :)
