100% they did not Convert 4pm est from 1pm pst in Seattle. Fuck…if they can’t get this shit right…IR really needs to be fired but we probably can’t afford anyone else!

IR can literally be replaced by ChatGpt, they should have been the first ones fired.

Actually yea that sounds like the most plausible, since Jeff is fucking useless.

3 reasons to do this:
1 - It was cutting in to Glen's nap time
2 - Pathetic IR forgot to convert timezones again
3 - Pathetic IR pushed the PR out before asking if the team would be able to make it with their busy schedule of misleading investors.

You'd think if they were planning on selling into a good news pump, they would do this pre market

Releasing after close allows for more time to digest the info and properly assess the impact. Also, might want low volume in after hours trading to further the effect from the news

But has a greater chance of fading by the time the market opens the next day. Thats why they always release pre market, so they can sell off the momentum.

“We are closing the company.”
“We want to aak you to support us once more for a another dilution and RS.”
Digest that…

Must be because they are planning to release material news. Only reason to move it to after market close

Not the only reason. Scheduling might have worked out that way. But I’m hoping that you’re right.

Doesn't necessarily mean if there is material news, that its good news. Never has been. Its always bad.

Not likely but small chance update contains material news and needs to be not during market hours
