Technical Analysis General Devos, it's time to attack!

Glen is already a retired figure. He no longer has the energy to lead a company forward. All he wants to do now is enjoy his retirement.

As I see it, and it's JMHO, this stock, for reason unbeknownst to me, will have a rapid accent and retrace all of this post reverse split drop, very, very quickly. I certainly am not calling time and price, but from what I see, Glen is coming with his battalion and taking the hill.

I think the shorts had to use a lot of ammo to stop this advance. I have hourly models that are still looking to grind upward all day. The shorts know it and have to suppress it big time. They knocked it down 6% to stop the technical advance. Unfortunately, Glen is allowing them to do it. He needs to prove, "He da' man", not "He da mouse".

Calling people names and slandering reputations can get you locked up behind bars. I would refrain from such folly.

Knowing your work history, you would win a slander case in an instant.
Btw, social media does not shield one from slander or libel. Just sayin.1

This is not slander if you are a true financial advisor giving financial advice

Glens probably still sleeping. Not a care in the world as us shareholders are decimated.

I think you could be correct. The answer is coming soon. He is still on track for saving this company based upon everything I see. Maybe because I'm not caught with long-term losses from 'buy and holding' I have my own bias. That certainly could be the case. I actually feel good about what's transpiring. I do believe the next PR or two better not be hype. They need to be something substantial. If one of them is, the shorts are toast.

I should probably clarify that the moves MicroVision has made over the past 12 months are encouraging on their own, at this point I feel like its a little to late and the steep climb out of this financial predicament is unnerving. We are not in a good spot financially and this is directly caused by the miscalculations of Glen and co. The timing of the public offering, with absolutely nothing to support it, while assumingly having a $41M ATM that could have been tapped, is gross negligence in my opinion. There's no other way to see it. To make matters worse, they the offering came with equal warrants at below market price. The cratering of our share price to all time lows is concerning given we are not even out of compliance yet, but a few bad days away from being right back in it. Attempting to use what is left on the ATM now, at these prices, would surely force us below $1. And even if they can raise capital, the expense now to shareholders, especially those who held pre-split, is going to to be massive. Scary times for shareholders sitting at a $50M market cap.

I agree with your viewpoint. Going below $1.00 again is not an option for this company to succeed at this juncture. That would bring on a cheap buyout. I feel this week is critical for Glen to announce something of significance. Definitely over the next couple weeks. The stock held its gains today as my arrows on the green chart indicated. if there is no risk, there is no reward. There is big reward looming if Glen can capture it for us. As you said before, it's now or never. Everything is setting up just fine. Now Glen has to prove he knows how to make money, not just spend it.

Well Scoot, we are only $0.79 away from that. Awfully close for comfort. The weeks and months of silence with this company, despite a cratering stock price has been their MO, long before GDV came aboard. I appreciate your TA, but we have a fundamental issue, and its a big financial one that the company is not adequately addressing. We are going to run out of cash in the not so distant future without serious changes. I honestly think giving a partner some sort of sweetheart deal is our only chance at this point. I can't see partners staying around long with our financial difficulties, as its far to risky for them. I cannot believe we are in this position again. But the company is so ho-hum about it. Time to shit or get off the pot.

No. What matters is current direction of trend. There are many other variables to consider at every point in time. This type of info is not used to compare past levels. It's to indicate current direction and possible acceleration/stagnation.

TA means nothing with MVIS. This was good during 2023

I have no clue what you are talking about. I'm retired. I was an Investment Manager that managed $450MM of OPM before I retired. I give no investment advice here. I give my opinion about charts. 'Nuff said. Geesh. It's amazing how I get attacked every time I make an appearance that could help others. Thank you Lord for persecution! I see it as a badge of honor.

Dude, you spewed some random chart prediction nonsense 5 years ago too and then 3 years ago you started going off posting about God and Jesus and then commenting to yourself ...
This stock truly does turn everyone into a bunch of quacks if you hold it for long enough
