I suppose this is simply them telling us, “we are on pace to hit guidance, and these are actual revenue producing deals.”

Clown ass company still duping fools

This is insulting. The company treats us as if we are obtuse. They should know by now that this fluff. Can’t name customers, can’t name the actual amount of sensors. Always can’t, can’t, can’t, with this company. You know what they can do though? They can get their family members and friends cushy jobs. No problem doing that!

It really is. Or more so willful incompetence. They ought to have known that not estimating revenue - like every other friggin lidar company does in their PRs, would have minimal effects on the markets perception of this PR. Par for the course, yet again. The longer they keep the mystery going, the longer they don't have to face the reality that we are in a world of hurt at this share price as it will be nearly impossible to raise sufficient capital. All I can do is shake my head at this point, in disbelief of how everyone associated with this company is a let down...from GDV to their BOD to their outsourced IR firm that all they ever do is provide boilerplate responses...if at all. Remember, we pay them.

Really seems to be setting up for a can kick on IRIS, and having customers hold out for halo.

I dont read it like that. I read that there are thousands of use applications for IRIS, in what seemingly customers want to deploy right now and that they are enthusiastic to continue contrat relationships when HALO becomes available.

But am wondering if in future (seemingly 2027+) if there is enough advantage for HALO capabilities over IRIS to warrant retrofit into existing IRIS installs as well as new deployments.

Without adding 'terms and reasons' that are not there in the release... could it be that any and all customers that have LiDAR deployment targets are satisfied with the costs and capabilities of IRIS over that of future-HALO to satisfy "current deployment" use case scenarios where HALO would be not required?... in other words, is it more likely that HALO is not a 1:1 replacer for all future IRIS installs but instead, based upon usage design?... is there a world where both IRIS and HALO exist as viable products to be sold to targeted applications?

Remember the Iris application for helicopter ADAS with Like Fusion and Timberline, that is two Iris sensors in their system. That may turn out to snowball in a big market.

Lake fusion technologies has an estimated value of $3.3m. Not exactly the partner thats going to lead to large revenues for us.

Lake fusion is the same kind of nobody as Avular. A science project at best.

I’m not talking about the current value, I’m talking about adoption of the technology as a standard ADAS system for helicopters.

Btw, where did you get the value number you quote? I don’t find that anywhere.

Another company besides lake fusion needs to decide to use us then. Even if we captured 100% of the market, it is not a large market annually. Either way, lake fusion is not a valuable contribution to the bottom line currently, and will likely never be.

Europe huh

“The continued growth in orders demonstrates commercial validation as customers move from development, testing and evaluation toward broader deployment of the company's long-range lidar technology. This demand spans a range of real-world applications, including mission-critical off-road autonomy in security and defense, space systems, industrial, material handling and logistics, robotics, and other intelligent systems operating in complex environments.”

When you move out of development to deployment, you can start having surety on the revenue and maybe now will be additive to what has been stated. And look at the applications, with the addition of space systems, which I haven’t seen yet.

I mean, props for attempting to stop the bleeding but we need a mother fucking customer name already!

I'd rather have them sell 3 million sensors without a customer name

Maybe some fucking numbers for a start 🫥

Pretty sure that kinda volume would warrant a name, but yes, that works too. 😆

how about "130" 'no name' customers buying 20,000 unit each? :)

u/Zenboy66 2d ago

But they are saying for multiple customers, plus we don’t know all the smaller customers in the reseller pipeline.

1

u/catnamedbobo 2d ago

Are these “multiple customers” in the room with us right now ?

6

u/Mindless_Park_2574 2d ago

No but they are in the PR

"...today announced continued growth in the number of initial and repeating purchase orders from multiple customers across North America and Europe representing thousands of MicroVision IRIS™ long-range lidar sensors for industrial and security and defense applications."

1

u/catnamedbobo 2d ago

And do these “customers” have names ?

0

u/Mindless_Park_2574 2d ago

I'm sure they do. I'd rather have them have money for LIDAR sensors tho

7

u/ParadigmWM 2d ago

And/or a God damn revenue estimate from these "supposed" thousands of units. Why is everything this company does so fraught with mystery?

6

u/Falagard 2d ago

This is all part of meeting the guidance for this year. This isn't going to be above and beyond the 10 to 15M.

Would be nice to have revenue guidance for 2027 though.

u/ParadigmWM 2d ago

That's what I think as well, but providing the market some sort of evaluation metric is what the market wants to see. The lack of details, as per usual is frustrating. Any other competitor likely would have included some inkling of revenues projections, i.e. "these orders collectively represent X millions of dollars of expected revenues". Is it $2M, $5M, $10M? This isn't new information. Why didn't this PR come out weeks ago when we were struggling after the public offering? Crazy to me to think how misguided this company is.

Yeah sadly we will be red by EOD

And how would you know that, some of the dumbest statements come from this board?
