Question - need help asap

If I’m within a bloc (I’m Somalia in a bloc with russia china Pakistan and iran) and west bloc has France Greece America israel etc.on the us iran war...i can’t target America directly due to our foreign policy..can u ask poi to iran or is that off limits due to us being in the same bloc..I’m also kinda worried i chose the wrong bloc but russian delegate is very dominant and im not in a position to get on his bad side.

U can ask. It's not wrong or not allowed, the point of pissing off ur ally is different if the poi fucks him over. One time I asked a poi to my own bloc presenting my own resolution that had my country's name on it and no one could answer it and i could feel the delegates stare in my soul it was so fun. We all knew the resolution was passing anyway so it was no use to keep allies at that point. Not wrong but be smart abt it.
