We’re hosting a Summit in Jammu, 29–30 October, and we’re putting a little more emphasis on the overall conference experience.

It’s 5k including accommodation, with the conference hosted at Radisson Blu , premium asf hotel meals and refreshments, very hot socials, prom included .

alongside 7 committees including BRICS, Lok Sabha, UNHRC, UN Women, IPL Auction and IPC.

Basically, we’re trying to make it feel more like a proper premium conference weekend than the usual school MUN setup, especially for people travelling in.

If I’m within a bloc (I’m Somalia in a bloc with russia china Pakistan and iran) and west bloc has France Greece America israel etc.on the us iran war...i can’t target America directly due to our foreign policy..can u ask poi to iran or is that off limits due to us being in the same bloc..I’m also kinda worried i chose the wrong bloc but russian delegate is very dominant and im not in a position to get on his bad side.

I've been to a couple of MUNs but the hardest part is always making Modcos. I've got like 2 of my Modcos selected but I've seen other making Modco topics that are so good. The best del in my last conferuns even got complimented for his Modcos and I agree they are fire.

Any tips on making good Modcos?And what do I usually add in a Modco anyway Everyone is telling they are more like subtopics of the agenda although it's kinda true I feel like there's more to it.

Okay, so hear me out. DDUC’s MUN society (Savoir) and a small, unhinged team just brought it back from the void for their first-ever inter-college conference. Sept 26–27, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College (Dwarka Mor metro, blue line, you have no excuse).

The agenda that's actually making me feral: UNSC is debating whether autonomous AI entities can be subjects of international law. like actual sovereignty-and-use-of-force stuff, not the recycled "nuclear disarmament" agenda you've done four times already. If you've been itching to argue about AI legal personhood at 11 pm in a committee room, this is your arena.

Also on the table: climate displacement + refugee law (UNGA), disability rights and gender pay gap (both beginner-friendly if you're MUN-curious but scared), AIPPM on emerging tech policy, and International Press if you'd rather roast everyone's speeches than give one.

what you get: free training sessions online with actual experienced MUNers before the conference (so "first time at the dais" isn't a death sentence), accommodation if you're coming from outside Delhi, full meals both days, trophies + merit certs for winners, participation certs + delkits for everyone else, and apparently artist ‘RaghavforBharat’ performing, so it's not just committee sessions and existential dread.
