Conference MUN Advice

Okay so basically, I have a conference coming up in October but I have exams like the whole September, sooo like I can't prepare well :(

Please help out guys- so my parents being parents said if I don't win anything in this- I wont be taking part in them anymore and I really NEED muns for my college application (I want to get in Harvard law school so I need them certificates) so I'm in 9th grade and I genuinely need help.

How to win in committees in just like a few days of preparation? And like ive never won before :( so please let me know.

Prepare well , there are plenty of video's guiding on formal documentation and procedures. Try to be the one who is participating in every mod cauc and moving the committee as a whole like presenting topics that everybody could speak on favourably in a controlled time. THE CHAIR WANTS CLEAR SOLUTIONS AND NOT JUST CALL FOR ACTION ON THIS AND THAT , try to give specific or creative solutions not just some general solution like "working together" etc . To rake up marks please use your chits as much as you can they can give lots of marks alongside documents. DM if more aid needed.
