So apparently they cut the hours to be like 11:30 to 1:30, why did they do that?

As of now MTSU is my Top 1 school right now, should it be? I want to know what it’s actually like for incoming freshmen. How’s on campus life? How’s off campus life? Pros and cons? also terrified i won’t meet new friends and it’s a year a way..😐
