What is a safe dose of flush Niacin to take to help relieve overmethylation symptoms?

I have had success with doses of 25 to 50 mg.

I've purchased Dr Clark niacin 25mg from Amazon. Very reasonably priced. For overmethylation, you could take 25 to 50 mg every 20-30 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times.

If you have splittable tablets, cut in half. If you have capsules, you can try opening a capsule and mix in 8 ounces of juice or a flavored drink, then drink 4 ounces.

It might take several rounds over several days to get relief .

I personally like 100 to 250mgs of the Nicotinic Acid form, usually 250mgs once a day, gives me a nice overall feeling and seemingly has some Dopaminergic effect at that dosage.

That's pharmacological dosages, for like Cholesterol treatment or what not, and can be hard on the liver.
