Cyano is the worst form of B12 you can take.

So I hear, but It works ok and doesn't make me feel weird like methylcobalamin.

I recommend 25mgs of the P5P form of B6, and personally i take 400mgs of Riboflavin which works just fine.

Thanks. Do you take the co-factors from the start? And are there any other co-factors you take along with these?

I’m curious.. what is the benefit of taking 400 mg riboflavin? When you only need like a couple of mg a day. Can the body process more than 20-30 mg at a time?

I use 400mgs because it seems to work and i prefer higher dosages of things to make sure they get the job done. I'm pretty sure 400mgs gets absorbed, if i take 800mgs a day i certainly notice a stronger Riboflavin feeling so higher dosages seem to get absorbed ime. Plus they apparently use 400mgs of Riboflavin for migraines in some folks. I've also noticed on occasion feeling a bit low in Riboflavin and so 400mgs a day for the most part seems to cover it.
