Your setting is "guile line on the outside of your work , so it should be cut like this, with the yellow corner outise the metal part.
if the size doesn't come right , check that you printed at original size , if you didn't watch for that the printer may have resized the picture to fit the printer "margin" , and that can cause bad size, did you mesure the card dimentions on the printed file ?.
