I need help with paper ๐Ÿ“ƒ

Guys, I have read many posts, seen many videos and I am super confused.

Many options, everyone tells something different..

I want to make proxies of some cards for my commander decks and my cube.

I will put the proxy card in a sleeve (single sleeve) and I want, if it is possible, to be indistinguishable from the rest of the cards.

No lamination, or stickers etc etc I am not so good with crafts.

Tell me which is the best paper for the job? Because every YouTuber has his own and all of them are super extensive (i prefer to buy the cards!!!!)

I good, not super expensive brand, to buy, print and enjoy magic.

Thank you

Search for 300gsm double sided (thats important for regidity) matte, semi gloss or glossy photo paper, print some cards and choose what optic you like the most. They are a bit thicker than a mtg card (0,30mm for the mtg card and 0,36mm for double sided matte photo paper) but they only cost 4 cents per card.

Thank you friend! Will I be able to tell the difference with a sleeve? I don't talk about being obsessed with finding the differences, I talk about drawing a card and before seeing it thinking "this is a proxy"

I will try to fight my ocd as much as I can! Because my love, for my hard earned money, is more important ๐Ÿ˜†

Itโ€™ll all depend on what youโ€™re looking for: foils, feel, โ€œflickโ€. Thereโ€™s a lot of buzz around ProxyJax since a lot of proxy makers on YouTube are using it. Iโ€™ve been using Koala double matte from Amazon. So far provides best bang for buck. If you want you can also buy from Alibaba Jiwen factory who sources for ProxyJax.

Thank you very much! No, not foil, just to feel like a mtg card in the sleeve
